1. Services

Mentoring, retreats, speaking engagements, and educational content are provided as-is. Outcomes depend on participant effort and circumstance. No specific results are guaranteed.

2. Payments and refunds

Retreat deposits and program fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. Cancellation policies are presented at point of sale.

3. Health and safety

Programs may include physical activity, cold immersion, breathwork, firearms instruction, and combat training. Participants assume risk and must disclose health conditions in advance. Troy Laing reserves the right to refuse participation.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, frameworks, and curriculum materials remain the property of Troy Laing. No reproduction without written consent.
